Shipping & returns.
Rates & timing
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
- Flat $19.99 standard shipping on smaller orders.
- Orders leave our California warehouse in 1–2 business days.
- Standard transit is 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email when the label is created.
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain packaging. The outside of the box doesn't list product names or cannabinoid content. A packing slip inside includes the order details and required warnings.
Age verification
You must be 21 or older to order. We verify age at checkout and may require an adult signature on delivery. If the carrier can't verify an adult is present, the package may be returned to us. In that case we'll refund the product cost minus shipping.
Shipping availability
Hemp laws vary by state and change often. We ship only where our products are allowed. Checkout checks your shipping address and stops orders to unavailable states. We don't make exceptions or ship through forwarding services. Contact us if you have questions about shipping eligibility.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Address changes & cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Once it's in transit, we'll help you work with the carrier.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll help check its status. Lost or seized packages receive a 50% refund. Contact us with your order number and tracking details.
