What are cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are compounds found in hemp. Product formulations and effects vary, so check the product label and start with a small amount.
These products are not FDA-approved medicines. Effects vary by person, product, and dose.
Are hemp products legal where I live?
It depends on your state. Hemp product rules vary, and some states restrict or ban certain products. We block checkout in states where we can't ship. See our shipping policy.
You're responsible for confirming that the product is legal in your jurisdiction. We don't ship to restricted states, and we don't help customers work around those rules.
Will it get me high?
Some hemp cannabinoid products may produce psychoactive effects, and they affect everyone differently. Start with a small amount and follow the product label.
How much should I take?
If you're new, start with one small puff from a cart or a very small dab — and wait. Edibles and concentrates can hit harder and take longer to come on. There's no universal dose, and more isn't better. Don't drive or operate machinery after use.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most states, but not all. Our checkout automatically blocks restricted states, and you can see the current list on the shipping policy. If your state isn't on the list, you're good to go.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our California warehouse in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 3–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Shipping is free over $75.00; otherwise it's a flat $19.99.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents by an independent lab. Product pages link to the batch COA, and the batch number on your package matches the report. If you can't find a report, email contact@mainstreetsmokeshop.com with your batch number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is captured when you place the order, and you'll get a receipt by email. We never see or store your card details.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Lost or seized packages receive a 50% refund. See the shipping & returns page for details.
Do you sell to anyone under 21?
No. You must be 21 or older to buy. We verify age at checkout and may require an adult signature on delivery. If we can't verify age, the order won't ship.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Once it's in transit, we'll help with the carrier instead.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is in California. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product names on the outside.
